NSAC Advises On Array Innovation’s Bahrain Launch

Al Nowaisser & Al Suwaylimi Attorneys and Counselors at Law (NSAC) acted as legal counsel for Alaa Saeed, Co-Founder of Array Innovation (Array), in the signing of a significant launch agreement with Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat), the sovereign wealth fund of the Kingdom of Bahrain. 

The legal team at Al Nowaisser & Al Suwaylimi Attorneys and Counselors at Law (NSAC) was led by Ahmad Kamel (Partner, head of M&A and Projects, pictured left) and Wassim Khoueiry (Partner, Head of Corporate and ECM, pictured right).

H.E. Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Mumtalakat, expressed his satisfaction with the launch of Array, emphasizing its alignment with Bahrain’s Vision 2030. He highlighted Array’s role in creating high-skilled job opportunities and diversifying the national economy. 

According to H.E. Shaikh Abdulla, Array is set to create at least 1,000 highly skilled jobs for Bahrainis, catering to various sectors including financial institutions, multinational corporations, and governments. 

Her Excellency Noor bint Ali Alkhulaif, Minister of Sustainable Development and Chief Executive of Bahrain Economic Development Board, emphasized the importance of future-proofing Bahrain’s talent pool to maintain its global competitiveness in financial services and technology. 

Alaa Saeed, Co-Founder of Array, expressed confidence in Bahrain’s talent pool and strategic partnerships with Mumtalakat and Bahrain EDB. He highlighted Array’s commitment to delivering high-quality IT consultancy and services globally from its headquarters in Bahrain.
