Norton Rose Fulbright with lenders on USD 300 m facility for Nurol İnşaat

Norton Rose Fulbright advised a syndicate of lenders on a USD 300 million facility for Turkish construction company Nurol İnşaat Ve Ticaret, a subsidiary of Nurol Holding.

Emirates NBD and First Abu Dhabi Bank acted as joint initial mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the transaction, with Akbank, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait B.S.C., Commercial Bank of Dubai P.S.C. serving as mandated lead arrangers. Nurol Holding acted as guarantor.
