About Peter Scott

Peter Scott has spent his entire legal career at Norton Rose Fulbright, where he started as a commercial litigator. In 2005, he joined the firm’s antitrust and competition team. Scott made it to the partnership in 2007 and later led the firm’s Europe, Middle East and Asia litigation and disputes team as well as its global antitrust and competition practice.

In 2024, he became one of Norton Rose Fulbright’s two global managing partners, a position he continues to share with US managing partner Jeff Cody. Commenting on Scott’s recent reappointment, Cody said: “I look forward to continuing to work closely with him in aligning global and regional priorities, enhancing cross-border teamwork and applying innovation at scale across our business.”

On July 1st  2025, after the full integration of Norton Rose Fulbright Europe, Middle East and Asia with Norton Rose Fulbright Australia, Scott took the lead of the combined EMEAPAC region.
