Norton Rose Fulbright recently published its 2026 global promotion round. Amongst the firm’s newly appointed partners in the corporate, M&A and securities practice is Dubai-based Shahrzad Askarpour (pictured).

The profile

Part of the Norton Rose Fulbright team in Dubai since 2021, Shahrzad Askarpour is a corporate lawyer who regularly advises sovereign wealth funds on their strategic multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions. Moreover, her practice covers both regional and international companies on corporate transactions, spanning joint ventures, corporate finance, private equity and general corporate advisory work.
