Norton Rose Fulbright advises NeOnc on DoH MoU
Norton Rose Fulbright advised NeOnc Technologies Holdings (NeOnc) — a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing therapies for CNS cancers — on its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH). The MoU covers the development of research and clinical capability in oncology and central nervous system (CNS) therapeutics. It was signed on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit 2026.
Deal details
Under the MoU, NeOnc and the DoH will cooperate on the exchange of scientific and clinical knowledge in CNS oncology, clinical development methodologies, real-world evidence and clinical insights. The collaboration also covers training and capacity-building initiatives, as well as the development of Abu Dhabi’s life sciences ecosystem.
