Noor Al Heialy joins Simmons and Simmons as partner
Noor Al Heialy (pictured) has joined Simmons & Simmons as partner, as of January 2025, after three years as principal associate at Eversheds Sutherland.

She worked as an associate at Simmons and Simmons between 2014 and 2018, joined Herbert Smith Freehills as a senior associate between 2018 and 2021, and then worked at Evershed Sutherland between 2021 and 2024 as principal associate.
Noor Al Heialy advises on domestic and cross-border transactions and joint venture arrangements – with a strong focus on private equity matters. She will be working at the firm’s corporate and commercial practice in Dubai, focusing specifically on transactional work for clients, asset management, and investment funds (AMIF) sector. Her other fields of focus include technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), and health and life sciences (HLS) sectors.
Noor Al Heialy has cultivated strong relationships with many organizations across the region – especially in the UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Thus her hire should be seen in the context of the firm’s soon-to-be-opened Ryhad office.
