Nicola Jackson (pictured) has been appointed as partner in Charles Russell Speechlys‘Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency (CRI) team.

Nicola Jackson: an overview

With over 15 years’ experience in the Middle East, she specialises in commercial and financial disputes before the DIFC (Dubai International Finance Centre) and ADGM (Abu Dhabi Global Market) courts.

As she steps down from her position as co-head of Clyde & Co’s Insolvency & Restructuring Disputes and Contentious Advisory Practice, she comments on her new career challenge, “Charles Russell Speechlys has a strong reputation in the Middle East and the global market and an inspiring entrepreneurial spirit. My practice is closely aligned with the firm’s market focus and growth plans.
