Natasha Zahid: Taylor Wessing’s new head of disputes
Taylor Wessing has brought on Natasha Zahid (pictured right) as partner and head of disputes and investigations for the MENA region in Dubai.
Zahid is a dual qualified barrister from the Bar of England and Wales and the Sindh Bar, Pakistan, specialising in regional and international commercial litigation, arbitration disputes and investigations across a broad range of sectors and industries.
Coming from Clyde&Co, where she was legal director and sector lead for regional family businesses in the disputes team and arbitration lead in the firm’s advocacy unit, Zahid’s appointment represents “a significant step for our Dubai office as we continue to grow in core areas to meet client demand”, according to managing partner Ronald Graham (pictured above).
Zahid’s appointment is the company’s sixth of the year, following those of Ryan Ferry and Giles Crown, Charlotte Witherington, Shervin Shameli and Trish McCarvill.
