Mohamed Kandeel Promoted to Counsel at OGH Legal

OGH Legal has appointed Mohamed Kandeel (pictured) as Counsel, recognising his expertise and contribution to the firm. Kandeel, who previously served as a senior associate, brings extensive experience in Commercial and Corporate Law, Capital Market Law, Oil and Gas, and Civil Law to his new role. 

With a career spanning several prominent law firms, including Al Kamel Law and Ibrachy & Dermarkar Law Firm, Kandeel has demonstrated his proficiency in advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters. His responsibilities have encompassed drafting and negotiating various documents related to corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, inter-company lending, dividends distribution, establishment of legal entities, and more.
