Meysan Partners Saudi has provided comprehensive legal counsel to the shareholders of Saudi Aluminum Industries Company (‘Salumco’) throughout the sale of a 33.33% stake in the company to Increase Industrial Development Co, a prominent Saudi group led by Saleh Al Hossan.
In this significant transaction, Meysan Partners Saudi played a pivotal role by offering legal guidance on various facets, including restructuring, negotiation of transaction agreements, and continuous advisory services until the deal’s completion.
