Meysan: Allub Acquires Al Aber Global Industrial Company
Meysan Partners‘ Riyadh office offered advisory services to Allub Industrial Company, a subsidiary of a prominent Kuwait-based group, in its acquisition of a 100% stake in Al Aber Global Industrial Company. Al Aber Global is a leading group operating in transformative industries and construction services in Saudi Arabia.
The acquisition, executed through a scheme of arrangement in accordance with Saudi Companies Law, will enable Allub to expand its offerings to governmental entities, royal commissions, multinational corporations, and key partners with a new line of industrial and other services.
Michel G. Ghanem (pictured), a Meysan Corporate Partner, was joined by Counsel Neyla Rahal, who collaborated closely with Allub to achieve the signing and closing of the deal.
