Meysan Advises Agility on USD 4.5 Billion ADX Debut

In a significant development, Meysan has successfully advised Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP (“Agility”) on its direct listing on the main market of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). The listing involved shares in Agility’s subsidiary, Agility Global PLC (“Agility Global”).

Agility Global is a prominent multi-business operator with operations in over 70 countries. It provides essential services and significantly contributes to the economies of the countries it operates in. The Group’s operations include Menzies Holding Limited, the world’s largest aviation services provider; Tristar Transport L.L.C., a leading liquid fuel logistics business; and Agility Logistics Parks, a major private owner of logistics parks and warehousing in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

In 2023, Agility Global generated a total revenue of US$3,935.9 million and an EBITDA of US$605.6 million. The company also invests in innovative and technology-enabled businesses across various sectors, including freight forwarding, e-commerce, sustainable transport, and alternative energy.

The landmark transaction involved the segregation and restructuring of Agility’s strategic worldwide assets into Agility Global. This was followed by a technical listing of Agility Global on the ADX and a simultaneous in-kind distribution of 49% of the total shares in Agility Global to the shareholders of Agility.

The Meysan team, led by partners Bader El-Jeaan and Tarek Yehya, played a crucial role in this transaction.
