MBH with JSA on aircraft lease to Flyplus

Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) advised Jackson Square Aviation (JSA), a global active specialist in aircraft leasing, in connection with its commercial aircraft lease transaction to Flyplus — an Egyptian airlines company formerly known as Nesma Airlines.

In particular, MBH supported JSA on the delivery of an Airbus A321-200 aircraft.
