Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) advised El Sayyad Group in connection with reviewing and negotiating agreements related to the opening of Rove Hotels in Egypt. Valor Partners served as strategic advisor to El Sayyad Group.

Rove is a hospitality brand affiliated with Emaar Group, and this transaction
represents its first entry into the Egyptian market.
