MBH with Btech on securitization transaction
Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) advised Btech on an EGP 1,500,000,000 securitization transaction.
In connection with the operation, Al Ahly Pharos served as financial advisor, Baker Tilly as the auditor, Capital Securitization Company as the securitization company, and MERIS as the rating agency.
