MBH advises Travel Aspect on BRUSECO Egypt deal
Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) acted as legal counsel to Ayman Aouf, founder and CEO of Travel Aspect, in connection with obtaining exclusive operational rights in Egypt from BRUSECO, a European mobility and chauffeur training and certification company represented by Paul Brussaard.
BRUSECO specializes in executive chauffeur training and related driving professions, operating across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, and Switzerland. The company works alongside internationally recognized certification bodies, including DEKRA and CCV, to provide professional training and certification programs for chauffeurs and mobility professionals.
The transaction covers the franchise agreement granting Aspect Chauffeurs the exclusive right to hold and operate the BRUSECO license in Egypt, introducing internationally recognized executive chauffeur training and certification standards to the Egyptian market.
Scope of legal advice
MBH’s mandate encompassed liaising between the parties, drafting and negotiating the franchise agreement, and advising on the establishment of the Egyptian entity that will hold and operate the BRUSECO license.
The MBH team was led by Sherif El Hosseny (pictured), partner and head of aviation, and included Saifallah Kadry, senior associate.
