MBH advises on the Rixos Montaza’s management agreement

Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) advised the owning entity on negotiating and executing management agreements with Rixos Egypt, in connection with the development and operation of the Rixos Montaza Alexandria Hotel.

The facility

Located  in the historic Montaza area of Alexandria, Egypt, the location object of the deal is a resort that encompasses different and architecturally diverse venues, including the Salamlek Palace and the King Fouad Lodges.
