MBH advises Beltone on Sodic for Securization acquisition

Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) advised Beltone Holding on its 100% acquisition of Sodic For Securitization.

The context

Beltone provides financial solutions across a plethora of macro-areas, including brokerage, investment banking, asset management, equity research. The company is headquartered in Cairo and listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.

In connection with the deal, Beltone acquired the securization branch of Egyptian real estate development company Sodic.

The team

Partner and head of capital markets Mohamed Abdel Fattah (pictured) led the MBH team on the transaction, working alongside partner Muhammad Nassef, counsel Omar Adel, and senior associate Khaled Abdel Wahab.
