MBH advises AD Ports on SCZONE usufruct agreement
Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) advised AD Ports Group in connection with a 50-year renewable usufruct agreement with the General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE).
The project
The final aim of the operation is to develop and operate a 20 square-kilometer industrial and logistics park within the KEZAD East Port Said Zone.
Pursuant to the deal, AD Ports Group will launch the project with a 2.8 square-kilometer Phase 1, with construction expected to start by the end of this year.
