Matouk Bassiouny with DPI Venture Capital on funding round
Matouk Bassiouny (MB) advised DPI Venture Capital, the venture arm of Development Partners International (DPI) in connection with their role as lead investors in Sylndr’s Series A funding round via Nclude Fund.
The round
The operation provided Sylndr with a capital injection of USD 15.7 million from all investors. The company now aims at accelerating its operational expansion, deepening its technology capabilities, and broadening its suite of services for both consumers and dealers.
