Hussam Sameer Al Talhuni
With over three decades of experience in commercial law, Hussam Sameer Al Talhuni specialises in different legal areas, including arbitration, bankruptcy, asset financing, family business trusts, and tax law. A former Director of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), he was a protagonist in high-profile insolvency cases and a generous contributor to UAE’s trust law development.
Fauzia Kehar
The first ever female parter at the firm, Fauzia Kehar has over 20 years of service in the fields of banking, finance, corporate law, and dispute resolutions.
A former National Legal Consultant for the UNCTAD (United Nations’ conference for trade and development), Kehar had significant impact in modernizing Pakinstan’s transportation law.
She’s now a trusted advisor by both corporate clients and major public institutions at MAS Law, where she leads operations in the UAE and KSA, following her previous achievements as a Managing Director and Division Legal Counsel for Citi in MENA.
