ASAR advises on Mandarin Oriental, Kuwait luxury hotel project 

ASAR acted as Kuwait legal counsel to Bukhamseen Group Holding (“BGH”) in relation to the development of BGH’s new luxury hotel project in Kuwait, to be known as “Mandarin Oriental, Kuwait”. 

The Mandarin Oriental, Kuwait will be managed by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, owner and operator of some of the most luxurious hotels, resorts and residences in the world. The hotel is set to open in 2028 and will be located in the heart of Kuwait City. 

Located in an 80-storey tower in the financial district of Kuwait City, the hotel will feature 159 guestrooms, including 33 suites and 10 serviced apartments. The tower will comprise office spaces as well as a podium which will feature international retail and entertainment centres. It will also be the headquarters of Bukhamseen Group Holding, which is the overall developer of the project.
