Malak Khalil joins CEO Women Conference’s board
Malak Khalil (pictured), partner, head of energy, environment, and natural resources at Adsero, has joined the advisory board of the CEO Women Conference.

She specializes in energy, environment, and natural resources law. Khalil is qualified as a lawyer in Egypt and in England & Wales. Her expertise includes advising on gas infrastructure, power projects (conventional and renewable), and transportation infrastructure.
She has experience in negotiating concession agreements, project documentation, and advising on sustainability and ESG matters. Khalil has a background in corporate and commercial law and is a member of various business associations. She holds an LLM from the University of Edinburgh and dual LLB degrees from La Sorbonne Paris I University and Cairo University School of Law.
