Majid Al Futtaim Breaks Ground on Tilal Al Ghaf Projects in Dubai

Under the guidance of Chief Legal Officer Hassan Basil Hassan (pictured), Majid Al Futtaim Development, part of Majid Al Futtaim, has commenced groundbreaking for two residential projects at its flagship destination, Tilal Al Ghaf. With contracts totaling AED 3 billion, the Alaya and Elysian Mansions neighborhoods are expected to be completed by mid-2026. 

Innovo Build LLC, a part of the ASGC group, has been named the primary contractor for Elysian Mansions, comprising 94 exclusive waterfront villas. Designed by globally renowned architects and interior designers, these luxury residences aim to harmoniously blend Art, Culture, Architecture, and Nature to offer an enriched living experience. With living areas starting at 11,000 square feet, the homes are equipped with cutting-edge technology and sophisticated design elements, setting a new standard in luxury living. 

Meanwhile, the contract for Alaya has been awarded to Unec, a top construction entity in the region. This neighborhood will feature 407 grand villas with customizable façade selections and extended Zen Suites, offering residents a resort-style living experience within Tilal Al Ghaf.
