Madinet Masr’s agreement with QWELL
Madinet Masr, a real estate developer in Egypt, has successfully signed a framework agreement with QWELL for a new project worth EGP 600 million.
Construction will contain a wide range of easily accessible planned units, each equipped with a smart home system to ensure basic safety precautions.
Additional smart homes features may be in each unit on request, which provides a hassle-free experience while increasing health and safety measures to ensure a strong life, including smart lock, security camera, motion sensors, drug alerts, non-slip flooring, and electric bed.
This partnership aims to drive innovation in real estate development, benefit both organizations and their stakeholders and improve living solutions for seniors.
Legal counsel Mohamed Atef (pictured) played a crucial role in negotiating and securing the deal.
