Liquid Intelligent Technologies acquires Cysiv MEA. The advisors 

Shalakany advised Liquid Intelligent Technologies on the 100% acquisition of Cysiv MEA, specialists in the cyber security services sector, advised by Baker Mckenzie Egypt.

Liquid Intelligent Technologies is a technology group that operates in the areas of Fibre Optic Networks, Software Defined Networks (SDN), Cloud and Cybersecurity, and Data Centers. Cysiv MEA will be rebrand as Liquid C2 MENA to align with the global cloud and cybersecurity identity making Egypt a key hub for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. 

Shalakany team was led by m&a team led by partner Omar Sherif (pictured), working alongside associates Omneya Anas and Rokaya Ghoneim.
