Linklaters hires corporate partner Osama Audi in Abu Dhabi

Linklaters has officialised the hire of Osama Audi (pictured) as a partner in its corporate practice, joining the firm’s Abu Dhabi office on 1 September 2026. Audi moves from Baker McKenzie, where he served as partner and head of corporate/M&A for the UAE.

Osama Audi has more than 20 years of experience advising sovereign wealth investors, private capital clients and corporates on M&A and private equity transactions across the Middle East, Africa and South and Southeast Asia. His work spans several sectors, including energy and infrastructure with a focus on renewables, as well as technology, consumer and healthcare.
