Latham & Watkins worldwide promotions include MENA members 

Latham & Watkins has announced that 44 associates have been elected to the partnership and another 46 associates have been promoted to the role of counsel, effective January 1, 2023. 

Riyadh based Noor Al-Fawzan (pictured right) was elected to the partnership. A member of Latham & Watkins m&a practice and corporate department, Al-Fawzan advises companies and government entities on m&a, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. 

Dubai based associate Omar Maayeh (pictured left) was promoted to counsel. A member of Latham & Watkins m&a practice and corporate department, Maayeh advises clients on a range of corporate transactions, including m&a, joint ventures, emerging companies, and venture capital matters.
