Latham & Watkins with Ardshinbank in HSBC Armenia’s Acquisition
Latham & Watkins has provided legal counsel to Ardshinbank, a prominent Armenian banking group, in its agreement with HSBC Europe B.V., a subsidiary of HSBC Holdings plc, for the acquisition of HSBC Armenia, a fully owned banking subsidiary. The transaction, subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals, is anticipated to be finalized within the next year.
