Latham advises on Similarweb’s secondary offering

Latham & Watkins cross-border team has advised the underwriters on the closing of a previously announced underwritten public offering by a selling shareholder of Similarweb Ltd. (NYSE: SMWB), a leading digital market intelligence company.
