Kirkland & Ellis with King Salman Park Foundation on real estate development

Kirkland & Ellis is advising the King Salman Park Foundation, in partnership with Ajdan Real Estate Development Company and SEDCO Capital, in connection with the development of a mixed-use development district in Riyadh – within the King Salman Park.

The project

Falling within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 program, the project encompasses a mixed-use area around the residential neighbourhood, featuring over 600 residential units, 200 hotel rooms, 45,000 square meters of office space, and a set of retail and service facilities, over an area of 106,000 square metres.
