Joining the frim’s 2025 line-up from Morgan Lewis, Abou-Charaf’s expertise lays on investment funds matters, further spanning a plethora of domestic and international business transactions and arrangements such as fund formation and investments, mergers and acquisitions, co-investments, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. He advises both private and institutional investors.
A graduate from Saint Joseph University and Columbia Law School, Abou-Charaf speaks fluent Arabic, French, and English.
