Kirkland advises KSPF on $3.8 Bn construction project in Riyadh
Kirkland & Ellis is advising King Salman Park Foundation (KSPF) on the development and construction of two mixed-use development districts in Riyadh, with an aggregate value of approximately USD 3.8 billion.
The KSPF project will include Package 4, with over 600 residential units, 140 hotels and approximately 50,000 sqm of office space, and Package 5, spanning more than 400,000 sqm and hosting approximately 3,700 residential units, around 300 hotels, a K-12 school, as well as more than 100,000 sqm of office space.
