A structured finance specialist, Nika Silva advises US-based clients on asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. More specifically, Silva often serves as issuer’s and borrower’s counsel for data centers and fintech entities.
He career spans two decades of experiences between the US, London, the UAE and Australia, advising on finance, corporate, and tax, with a particular focus on infrastructure assets.
