New branch of Khodeir & Partners inaugurated in the UAE
Khodeir & Partners (KP) has announced its expansion into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with the establishment of a fully licensed office under the name Khodeir & Partners. To spearhead this new venture, Ammar El Banna has been appointed as Managing Partner for the UAE.
This expansion underscores KP’s commitment to serving its clients in the Middle East region. El Banna’s appointment aligns with the firm’s strategy to strengthen its brand and expand its offerings across the region.
El Banna brings over 16 years of experience in the Middle East, having previously held positions at esteemed firms like Stephenson Harwood and Hadef & Partners. Throughout his career, he has served multinational corporations and directors on various legal matters, including corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, project finance, and arbitration, across crucial sectors like oil & gas, banking, real estate, and more.
El Banna’s accomplishments include leading groundbreaking cases that established legal precedents in the Dubai Court of Cassation and the UAE Federal Supreme Court. He is also an approved legal trainer for the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department.
