K&A with EMAAR on lease agreement for SEZ

Khoshaim & Associates (K&A) advised EMAAR, the Economic City – the master developer of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) – in structuring, negotiating, and drafting several lease agreements in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) located in KAEC’s Industrial Valley, for the construction and operation of a vehicle and vehicle parts manufacturing and assembly facility.‍
