Jeffrey Greene joins EKP Legal Counsel’s Riyadh Office 

EKP’s associated office in Riyadh, Khulaif AlEnezee Legal Counsel Company (“Al-Enezee”), has appointed Jeffrey Greene as a new partner to the firm’s corporate practice group, effective 1 September 2022. 

Greene is a seasoned transactional lawyer with more than 25 years of experience, more than a decade of which has been in the GCC. Greene’s practice focuses on banking, venture capital, private equity as well as M&A transactions. Over the course of his career, he has led cross-border transactions involving more than 20 different jurisdictions.  

Working with EKP’s Corporate Practice Group co-leader, Wissam Hachem, Greene seeks to expand EKP’s regional Corporate practice, particularly in KSA’s burgeoning venture capital and technology sectors.
