HMCO Facilitates Hassan Allam Holding’s RHQ Launch in Riyadh

Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm (HMCO) acted as legal counsel for Hassan Allam Holding in obtaining the Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabia (MISA) license for the launch of its Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

Hassan Allam Holding, known for its expertise in construction, engineering, investment, and development sectors, recently unveiled plans for strategic expansion with the establishment of its RHQ in Riyadh. This milestone highlights the company’s dedication to expanding its global footprint while maintaining its roots in Egypt, where its headquarters are located. 

HMCO provided legal guidance to Hassan Allam Holding throughout the process, navigating complex legal frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and obtaining the necessary approvals from MISA to establish the RHQ.
