Freshfields in Hayfin’s investment in the Imperial Avenue real estate project
Asset management firms, Hayfin, has invested in the Imperial Avenue real estate project located in Downtown Dubai, UAE.
The project is being developed by Shapoorji Pallonji International Real Estate Development (SPIPD), the development arm of Indian business group Shapoorji Pallonji.
The innovative transaction involved close collaboration with, and the support of, multiple stakeholders.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Hayfin in this transaction.
