Hafez & Partners Secures Victory in AD-HOC Arbitration Case
Hafez & Partners‘ Disputes Team has secured a major win for their client in an ad-hoc arbitration proceeding held at CRCICA. The firm represented the respondent in this case and successfully persuaded the arbitral tribunal to dismiss 95% of the claims presented.
The dispute stemmed from a joint venture agreement related to a substantial real estate development project governed by Egyptian Law.
