Grimaldi Alliance with BF Group in Ghanaian Agricultural Initiative
Grimaldi Alliance has assisted BF International Best Fields Best Food Limited, a company controlled by B.F. S.p.A., in the establishment and initiation of a corporate partnership with Musahamat Farms Limited, a Ghanaian agricultural company. The collaboration aims to implement a sustainable agricultural project focused on technology transfer and know-how in the Republic of Ghana, covering an extensive area of over 7,500 hectares.
BF Group received legal counsel on corporate and contractual aspects from Grimaldi Alliance. The Italian team, led by Managing Partner Francesco Sciaudone (pictured left), included Counsel Giada Salvini and Associate Marta Semeraro. For English law aspects, the coordination was managed by Partner Michael Bray (pictured right), along with lawyers Luisa Bossi and Luca Ottiero, who are Counsel and Associate, respectively, at the London office.
EY provided financial and valuation assistance to BF Group, led by Partner Giorgio Castelli Villa, who also coordinated support from colleagues at EY’s Ghanaian office.
Musahamat Farms Limited and the Kuwaiti partners received legal assistance from the Lebanese law firm Lex&Co. The team, led by Partner Philippe Moukheiber, included Senior Associates Catarina Yaacoub and Sharen Succar, as well as Junior Associate Stefan Ghanem.
