ZH&P advises Global Auto in establishing a JV with Contact Financial
Global Auto, the official and authorised distributor of BMW and MINI in Egypt, in entering into a joint venture and operating agreements with Contact Financial Holding to provide consumer financial services to end clients.
This strategic joint venture will materialize by incorporating a new consumer finance company between Global Auto and Contact. The JV company shall directly benefit BMW and MINI’s end clients by providing them with all the different financial packages and services in Global Auto’s showrooms in Egypt.
