GLA & Co opens new office in Qatar

GLA & Co expands its presence in the Middle East North Africa region with the opening of a new office in Qatar. The firm obtained  its license from the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) and opened its doors to clients, further strengthening its footprint in the region.

The new Qatar office will be headed by recently appointed partner, Dean Jaloudi (pictured above), who brings a wealth of experience and significant expertise in equity capital markets, venture capital, and corporate law.

Dean Jaloudi’s work has included advising on successful IPOs for high-profile Qatari companies such as Baladna QPSC and QLM Life & Medical Insurance QPSC, as well as pioneering the establishment of Qatar’s first venture capital fund under the QFC regulations.
