Gibson Dunn’s new Riyadh partner: Najla Al-Gadi
Najla Al-Gadi (pictured) joins Gibson Dunn’s Riyadh office as a partner within the capital markets practice group.
Al-Gadi moves from Latham & Watkins, where she spent the entirety of her legal career from 2014 onwards, starting as a trainee to eventually become partner in 2025.

Najla Al-Gadi advises clients on complex capital markets transactions across a plethora of industries – including oil and gas, telecom, IT, healthcare, real estate, and financial services. Her expertise spans operations such as initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary equity offerings, public company representation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.
Moreover, she supports businesses through pre-IPO restructuring and corporate governance readiness in Saudi Arabia.
