Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, is pleased to announce the addition of a new partner, Charbel Fadel, effective March 1st. This strategic move aims to enhance the firm’s corporate practice and expertise.

Charbel Fadel, formerly of Ince & Co, brings a wealth of experience in corporate, finance, and commercial law matters. He has extensive expertise advising on such matters under UAE laws in the real estate, energy, international trade, and finance sectors. His diverse clientele includes banks, financial institutions, contractors, foreign and domestic companies, and family businesses.

Charbel’s role involves acting on behalf of buyers and sellers in the Middle East on various corporate and commercial transactions. His responsibilities include assisting with the restructuring and sale of companies and advising on joint ventures, agency and franchise agreements, security, and facility agreements.
