MAS LAW: Bridging Legal Horizons in UAE & Saudi Arabia

MAS Advocates, a full-service law firm based in the United Arab Emirates, has announced a significant milestone in its expansion journey by joining forces with AlAmmar Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Founded in 2018 by litigator Mohammed Alserkal (pictured), MAS Advocates has established itself as a reputable firm with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The firm is renowned for its strong criminal and commercial dispute resolution practice, led by Mohammed Alserkal, Abdelmajeed Zwairi, and Yazeed Samain, along with its finance and insolvency practice led by Salam Smadi

On the other hand, AlAmmar Law, established in Riyadh in 2006 by Mohammed and Bader AlAmmar, has built a solid reputation for representing numerous high-profile clients in commercial and corporate transactions across the region.

Under the unified brand of ‘MAS LAW’, the combined entity brings together over twenty-five lawyers and legal professionals, including seven partners. This strategic re-branding underscores the firm’s commitment to expanding its regional corporate and transactional practice, led by Anmar Algahrifi and Mohammed Alammar.

The new brand identity reflects MAS LAW’s dedication to modernity, inclusivity, and excellence in the legal profession, while maintaining core values of integrity, professionalism, and a client-centric approach.

By leveraging the complementary strengths, experiences, and resources of both firms, MAS LAW aims to better serve clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Recent collaborations between MAS LAW and AlAmmar Law have yielded successful outcomes for joint clients, including cross-border M&A transactions, arbitration proceedings, and litigation disputes. This partnership marks a pivotal moment in MAS LAW’s expansion strategy and reinforces its position as a leading legal service provider in the Middle East.
