Eversheds Sutherland with Doha Bank on QAR 500 m notes issuance
Eversheds Sutherland advised Doha Bank Q.P.S.C. on the issuance of QAR 500 million 4.50 per cent. sustainable notes due 2028. The notes were issued under Doha Finance’s U.S.$3 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme and are guaranteed by Doha Bank Q.P.S.C.
The transaction represents Doha Bank’s inaugural QAR-denominated issuance under its EMTN Programme and marks the first sustainable bond issuance to be listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange.
