Ethiad advises on sovereingn guaranteed framework projects
Etihad acted as Iraqi law advisor in preparing and drafting legal documents governing the relationship between the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI), Export Credit Agencies ECAs, foreign banks, and international investors, within the context of the Clore and Black Urea factories projects, two private sector initiatives financed under a sovereign guaranteed framework, recently approved by the Iraqi Cabinet.
