Eni expands presence in Algeria with the acquisition of BP’s business

Integrated energy company, Eni has successfully completed the acquisition of BP’s two gas-producing concessions “in Amenas” and “in Salah” jointly operated with Sonatrach and Equinor. This acquisition has an important strategic value and contributes to Europe’s gas needs whilst strengthening Eni’s presence in Algeria. 

Eni was advised by ADNA and Pinsent Masons on this acquisition.
