El Wakeel with Dallah Al Baraka on partnership with Palm Hills
El Wakeel advised Dallah Al Baraka Group on its partnership with Palm Hills Developments for the development of a 97-feddan integrated residential project in East Cairo.
Pursuant to the agreement, Palm Hills hold rights to 67% share of project revenues in return for development and marketing, with Dallah Al Baraka retaining land ownership.
